ALIMENTARY FILM
Release films are made by the addition of an additive in the extrusion process. It is this additive that obtains the release effect of the film. The additive is slow blooming, this means it will take about two weeks to fully migrate to the surface and give the maximum release properties to the film. No silicone is added to the process.
Product Codes: R series
INDUSTRIAL FILM
ANTI-ADHESIF FILM
The embossed profile in the film is made after hardening of the extruded resin. The embossed finish is made from the pressure of two metal rollers on the plastic film. This type of material is currently used to prevent bonding or laminating of two sticky materials (ex; rubber separator)
Product Codes: Series 320
EMBOSSED FILM
The application of shrink film is simple. The plastic film is stretched and cooled. When it is heated during its final application, the constrained stretch gives way to its “memory”, or its original extruded molecular structure. This provokes the shrink process by which the film closes in on the package or item to be wrapped. Available in high or low slip, with shrink percentages adapted to your needs.
Product Codes: Series 7000 and 8000
